I Was Born & Raised On Chicago's Northside. I Began My Musical Journey At The End Of 1984, It Actually Began When I Went To My High School's Party & I Saw MIKE "HITMAN" WILSON DJ'ing There. I Was Amazed At How He Was Able To Play 2 Records Of The Same Song & Make It Sound Totally Different, I Then Saw Him Scratch & That Was All It Took For Me To Become Hooked On This. I Told My Mom What I Saw And She Asked Me What Stuff They Used To Do It. I Told Her And She Took Me To Biasco Music In Chicago And She Bought Me My First DJ Setup. I Would Practice & Practice Day And Night. I Finally Got Good Enuff To Try Out For The Demetrix DJ Team In Late 1984. I Did My Best And Was Told That I Made It On The Team. This Is When The Practicing Really Got Intense. I'd Make Numerous Trips To Gramaphone Records And Spend Whatever Money I Had Saved Up, I Would Purchase 2 Copies Of Each Record & Learn How To Mix The Songs In Different Ways. I Finally Got Asked To DJ My First Party At My High School (Amundsen) And Of Course I Said Yes. Little Did I Know My First Flyer Would Be AlongSide BAD BOY BILL. I Listened To WBMX 102.7fm Religiously Every Weekend Just To Hear Him Mix & Play All The Records I'd Be Buying The Next Week.

I've been mixing music since about 1998... These days, it's just a hobby. Once a month or so, I download a bunch of tracks and make a fresh mix out of them. Generally, I like to play 3 or 4 different types of house music (classic, funky, bass, disco, electro, melodic, tech, progressive and hard!) and also some techno and trance. I hope you dig it! Favorite DJs: Bad Boy Bill and Richard "Humpty" Vission are the two that inspired me to want to get into DJing. They will always be the best to me. Bang Bang!!
